Atlantic Bridge-backed AI infrastructure company SambaNova has completed the first close of a $1 billion Series F financing round, valuing the business at $11 billion post-money. The round was led by General Atlantic, with significant participation from Seligman Ventures, T. Rowe Price Associates and Capital Group, alongside existing backers including funds managed by BlackRock, Intel Capital and the Qatar Investment Authority.
Alongside the funding, SambaNova announced that JPMorganChase has selected the company as an inference infrastructure partner, with its SN40 and SN50 systems set to power secure, on-premises AI inference for the bank. This is a significant validation of SambaNova's platform for regulated, enterprise-grade environments.
Rodrigo Liang, co-founder and CEO of SambaNova, said the valuation reflects the growing importance of fast inference in enterprise AI deployment. A second close of the round is expected in the coming weeks as more investors join.
SambaNova is a leader in next-generation AI infrastructure, providing a full-stack platform for premium inference across enterprises, neo-clouds, AI labs, and sovereign AI initiatives worldwide.
