Atlantic Bridge-backed Output Sports, a UCD spin-out headquartered at NovaUCD in Dublin, has been named the official HYROX365 Athlete Testing and Benchmarking Partner. The partnership introduces the HYROX Conditioning Test (HCT), a standardised, 34-minute assessment built to measure the physical qualities that matter most for HYROX athletes, including aerobic capacity, muscular endurance and power.

Developed with HYROX365, the training and education ecosystem built around the HYROX fitness racing format, the test is designed to run in everyday gym settings and generates a HYROX Conditioning Score within the Output Sports platform. This provides coaches with an objective way to benchmark athletes and track progress over time.

Output Sports founder Martin O'Reilly said the partnership reflects the company's original mission to bring elite-level sports science to a wider audience, noting that early testing shows a one-point improvement in an athlete's Conditioning Score can translate to roughly 90 seconds faster on race day. HYROX365 Chief Growth Officer Douglas Gremmen described the collaboration as a natural next step in bringing structured, data-led training to HYROX's global network of more than 15,000 affiliated gyms and 75,000 coaches.

Since launching in 2020, Output Sports has worked with organisations across the NFL, MLB and Premier League. The HYROX Conditioning Test is now available to verified HYROX coaches and gyms via the HYROX365 Performance Hub.
