Peter McManamon – Chairman, Dublin
Peter co-founded Parthus Technologies plc (now CEVA Inc.) in 1993. He
was Chief Financial Officer from 1993 to 2001 and EVP, Corporate
Development responsible for significant merger and acquisition activity
from January 2001 to October 2002. He is currently Chairman of the board
of directors of CEVA Inc., a NASDAQ and London listed company, and a
director of OpenMind Networks. He has over 20 years experience in the
electronics industry.
Since 2003, Peter has been a member of the Board of the National Development Finance Agency (NDFA), an appointment made by the Irish Government and is also a member of the Audit Committee at the National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA). Peter has extensive involvement with the Irish technology community; he is a member of the Executive Committee of the Irish Software Association and a member of the Governing Board of ICT Ireland. He is a Chartered Director and a member of the Institute of Directors in Ireland and a Business Advisor on the Stanford University Executive Program, Strategic Leadership for CFOs, which is funded by Enterprise Ireland. Peter has a degree in Business Studies from Trinity College and is a Fellow of the Institute for Certified Public Accountants (FCPA).
