Gerry Maguire – Investment Partner, Dublin

Gerry has over 20 years experience in the electronics industry and has deep knowledge of the semiconductor, telecommunications and software sectors. Prior to joining Atlantic Bridge, he was Vice President and General Manager of the Wireless Business unit at Parthus Technologies, with responsibility for Engineering, Business Development and Product Marketing. He developed and executed the strategy for a diverse product portfolio, which included, Bluetooth, WiFi and GPS technologies and was responsible for managing a large organization with design centres in the U.K., U.S. and Ireland.

He has extensive international business experience with blue chip customers and developed several strategic partnerships in the U.S. He also has significant merger and acquisition experience. Prior to joining Parthus, Gerry held several technical and managerial positions at Philips in the U.K. and Ireland and also worked with Texas Instruments in France.

Gerry is currently a director of Accuris Ltd. and acts as an observer on the Boards of Envivio and Movidia. He was previously a director of GloNav. He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Trinity College Dublin.
