Press Releases Optical Metrology Innovations appoints seasoned industry leader Doug Dunn to the Board. Cork, Ireland, September 5, 2005 OMI today announced the appointment of Doug J. Dunn to its board. Doug was previously President and Chief Executive Officer of ASM Lithography Holding N.V. until his retirement in December 2004. Before joining ASML, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Consumer Electronics and Semiconductor division of Royal Philips Electronics N.V. and a member of the board. He was previously Managing Director of the Plessey and GEC Semiconductor divisions and held several engineering and management positions at Motorola. He was awarded an OBE in 1992 and was made an Officer in the Order of Oranje Nassau in 2004. He is a non-executive director of ARM, ST Microelectronics N.V., Soitec S.A., Tom Tom N.V. and L.G.Philips LCD.
